For the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in mobile gaming crafting visual experiences through illustration, animation, production art, and creative problem solving. I currently serve as the Game Art Manager at Light & Wonder supporting the Slot Forge studio within SciPlay, helping lead collaboration across Illustration, Animation, and Production Art through the evolving needs of live game development.

People are at the center of my leadership style. I believe my strongest skill is remaining human while leading with empathy, honesty, adaptability, and compassion in an industry that changes constantly. As a Mental Health First Aid certified leader, creating psychologically safe environments where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work is deeply important to me. As the Game Art Manager, I help bridge global company initiatives with the realities of day to day art production while balancing creative quality, business goals, shifting priorities, and evolving pipelines.

A huge part of my role is staying flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented while helping teams navigate uncertainty with clarity and trust. I’m passionate about building strong creative partnerships rooted in trust, curiosity, collaboration, and leaving ego at the door. Some of my favorite moments in game development come from pushing through chaotic production cycles or tight deadlines as a team and still creating work we’re proud of. That pressure keeps us sharp, adaptable, and creatively evolving.

I value mentoring artists and helping people strengthen their critical discernment around player experience, visual communication, and the “why” behind the work we create. I’m also passionate about the thoughtful integration of AI into commercial art pipelines to streamline production and give artists more time to focus on ideation, storytelling, and craft. At the end of the day, I genuinely love making games, collaborating with talented people, and building experiences that connect with players. It’s been the most rewarding work so far!

Outside of work, I love horror films, cozy games, gardening, and spending time with my husband Rob and our pets.
